Principal Engineer

Co-founder

Russell Large, P.E.

His professional experience spans 28 years and includes a variety of project types, including new alignment highway design, complex urban interchange design, widening and resurfacing projects, stormwater modeling and stormwater improvement projects, and water and sewer utility projects.

Jim Waddell, P.E.

Mr. Waddell has 34 years of experience in design and project management. His experience has included roadway design, major utility rehabilitation and replacement projects, commercial site planning and land
development projects, environmental studies, environmental permitting, and public administration assistance.

Senior Engineer

Donna Nichols, P.E.

Mrs. Nichols has spent the majority of her career acting as a design project
engineer, project manager, and facilities manager. Her career spans 32 years
focusing on water and sewer utility projects as well as management of the City
of Tallahassee Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Design Engineer

Quaid Vanhuss, P.E.

Mr. VanHuss has participated in a wide range of civil engineering projects as a design
intern. Mr. VanHuss has completed a variety of projects in all aspects of civil design with the application of his technical knowledge. His experience includes stormwater management, roadway , environmental permitting, and utility infrastructure design.

Design Engineer

Hannah Revell, E.I.

Ms. Revell has encountered a wide range of civil engineering project types as a design intern. Her experience includes stormwater management design, bicycle transportation design, environmental permitting, and public infrastructure design. She has additional experience with the application of landscape architecture principals within civil engineering projects.

CAD Designer

Andy Collins

Mr. Collins has 27 years practice in the field of computer aided engineering and design. His responsibilities include survey data analysis, drafting, planning, plan set production, and aerial/digital photography manipulation. He has extensive experience in creating project graphics and the integration of media into intelligent production drawings.

Design Engineer

Demi Durham

Mrs. Durham has participated in a variety of projects with Inovia. Mrs. Durham assists clients with funding applications and grant administration through agencies such as FDEP, WMDs. DEO, FDOT, EPA, FWC, and Legislative Appropriations. Her engineering experience includes site development, stormwater management, construction administration, utilities, and permitting.

Engineering Technician

Steve Spence

Mr. Spence has participated in a variety of civil engineering projects as an intern. Mr. Spence has succeeded in assisting the completion of several projects allowing him to gain valuable experience in many different aspects of civil engineering. His experience includes stormwater management design, roadway design, environmental, utilities, and permitting.

Mattie Rooks

Ms. Rooks has obtained experience in a variety of civil engineering projects as an intern. Her experience includes private and municipal site planning and land development, roadway crash analysis, construction inspection and review, and permitting.

Inspector Aide

Gabe Williams

Mr. Williams has participated in a wide range of civil projects as an Inspector aide. Mr. Williams has succeeded in completing multiple projects in all aspects of construction inspection services with the application of his technical knowledge. His experience includes construction inspection and interpreting contract plans and specifications for ensuring compliance.

Mr. Bryan has participated in numerous engineering projects as an intern. His experience includes stormwater management analysis, utility infrastructure design, and permitting.
